Yeah that's what I meant. The initial blemish you saw was actually the proximity sensor cutout on the display itself.

But due to you raising the issue to service center they found out after teardown that the clip might be pressing on the display itself.

Either way this issue you raised and service center raised can already. They have special avenues to reach Google engineers one.

We no need to raise again lah, just enjoy the phone and wait if any hardware defects appear on the screen then can point to this documented issue.

so far for C is $920 with $250 voucher.......

If u factor in the $250 voucher, very hard to get better deal for local set.
now people are trying......they dun like the phone....trying to quick sell.

Had used my phone naked the past few days, only slapped the hydrogel on cos arrived same day. Today my case arrived, put it on and now my phone feels heavy. 不習慣

Haha yeah could very well just be an unofficial reseller for google. It seems quite legit though. $899 is a good price for the P7 as well if you dont mind losing the local warranty.

Anyway I am glad I sold the phone to a pixel lover who used pixel 1 all the way to pixel 4a.
Told me his 4a gonna give way and he missed the pre-order promo as he just returned from overseas.

yea as long screen lit, usually when you lift your phone the screen will lit up and just tap.

Haha. Was using it 'naked' for two days too. But was happy when the casing came cos the phone almost dropped from my hands a few times, very slippery and a fingerprint magnet too.
