Alright. It's time to let go my S22U. It was a long journey as a Samsung user. The pixel 7 pro managed to win me over with a few concerning factors over the s22u.

The UI for stock android is more or less very close to Samsung one UI. Where most of the features that I used in Samsung are found here. Just that I really missed Bixby Routines.

On the other hand, battery mileage for me has been better than my S22U. Things like standby time improved significantly over my S22U. Yesterday was the odd ball, suspecting that adaptive battery kicks in. With moderate usage I was able to maintain 50% left for a full day. Impressive I would say. Just that using the phone during outdoors, the screen really takes up a lot of power. Just like @Vulpix mentioned that android just can't figure the right brightness. That I agree, there are times that when I'm just in building where there is some natural lightings coming in, there is a tendency that the P7p will push brightness level to almost full.

Apart from that, the overall experience that I have gotten from P7p is mainly positive over s22u. I also start to appreciate how GPay works. Samsung Pay is only great due to the points system. But GPay has more to offer including paynow functions.

I was rooting for Google to come out a great phone since Nexus 7 tablet. It is only now 2022 they won me over. Good riddance Samsung.
After Android 10, the adaptive brightness got a lot better as it learns your preference. Usually will get better after 1 week. For me, just 1 2 days, it pretty much nails my preference.

OCBC is Pay Anyone. DBS/POSB those is PayNow.

OCBC is the one that is seperate from the rest.
No, I referring to the Google pay app, if you try to setup paynow only 3 bank options for you. I only see dbs, scb and ocbc in the option list.
