Of coz 7 is better.
The 90hz high refresh screen and tensor G2, bigger screen, more premium build. Better camera..

or at least get 7a.

Long term wise p7 will be better as it's on tensor g2 + slightly better modem but not a huge deal unless you planning to go 5G right now. 4G is same for me on both phones. I switched from 6a to 7 beginning of the year, some bullet points for you to consider:

p6a : smaller 6.1" display and lighter body, good camera but not as good in low light / 2x zoom
p7 : brighter 90hz display, slightly better low light / 2x zoom, 6.3" a bit too big and heavy for my liking
