Is the pixel stand 2 a good buy with the 250 voucher for pixel 7? Seeing mixed reviews on it but on the other hand, the other products on Google store is really.. Cui.

No. Many review already said it is not worth $119.
Shopee $20+ 15w charger good enough.
But like you said, everything else is cui.

You mean DHL? I also quite impressed. I think they do forecasting. So your equipment may already in SG. Cut cost of shipping in small batches.

It depends if you want a stand for your phone that also doubles as a desk clock and google home/google assistant hub. On top of that, it has different charging modes for the pixel phones. I was gonna buy it using my vouchers, but courts gave me free anyway so I didnt have to buy it. I like having a charging stand on my desk because Ive been using wireless charging for years. Take note that for $119, the stand does also include the official google 30W charger and cable, that alone is worth $45 on the google store. Hence, the $119 price tag.

S$30 is for standard delivery. I chose economy delivery, FOC, arrived in 6 days.
Thanks bro, they just replied my email that the $30 was already 100% discounted so I don't have to pay anything more. But the ETA for the item that I have ordered will arrive latest by the end of next week, in Courts order summary page, the delivery date is tomorrow. Bummer!

OIS not so easy to damage. But yes it is mechanical.

When camera is not turned on. OIS is inactive. The magnets inside should be in a "loose" state. When camera is activated. The OIS is active. When camera is on, when you try to shake the phone, it should not move or shake.

If you own a camera and lens with lens stabilisation. The sound is even scarier lol.
