Edit after watching a little further in: oh it's the US carrier issues compounding the updates again, global models shouldn't have a problem then

The november OTA roll out seems slower this time, been checking Reddit since yesterday and a lot of people also dont seem to have it yet, both carrier and unlocked variants.

What's the problem with these 2 apps? Not available on the Play Store for them?
