OTA is slow so I sideloaded it.

+ Battery seems better
+ AOD does not have the pink tint anymore
+ Some apps that were unable to open are now able to
+ Finally managed to get the Video Boost option (Just force stop your camera app and then leave it for 2 mins, then reopen the camera and video boost will show up. Multiple tries)

- 2 occasions where AOD wasn't working and the display went completed off (Not happening anymore)
- Switching Apps from home screen via swiping from left to right will randomly not work

I remembered in the earlier thread, there were some that remarked that they need to change their Sim card.

This morning I have an issue with my connection, No internet, or even buffering trying to tap into a network.

Tried Youtube not connected, and even sending a whatsapp message didnt get send.

I then went down to Parkway Singtel to see if I can sort out the issue.

When i told the guy the issue, he asked if its Pixel phone.

Apparently according to him, their staff have been told there is an issue, so he change the SIM card for me FOC.

No issue with internet connection after that.

Hi all Pixel 8 Pro users

I have this weird issue whereby my Bloomberg app notifications will disappear everytime I turn on Bluetooth. This only affects Bloomberg and not any other apps' notifications.

Anyone experienced the same bug?

Could relate to that.

Held out for 1.1 "Flash Sale" for Pixel 7 Pro. It was technically on "sale", but it was still more expensive by $100+.

Learnt to never bank on an upcoming sale being better than a current great one unless it's clearly advertised as such.
