Verifying yourself before purchase?

When has this changed? And it's so frustrating.. even after the phone is unlocked, I still have to verify again to make a purchase.

It used to be able to just pay without even unlocking, the feature is still there in the settings, but it's not working as intended!

No, under $100, in SG is it like that? I'm based in AU though, will try it when I'm back in SG.. i was told public transport is a different story, can just tap without unlocking.

So far i think my experience was that I have to unlock the phone to pay and that's it.

Wallet, Gpay not available in AU.

I'll try Gpay when i'm back in SG and see what the behavior is, or you could tell me..

GPay just have to unlock phone. I believe for higher value purchases might have to verify again.

I have yet to have the chance in experiencing that.

But for public transport, don't require unlock right? That was my experience, maybe that has changed again.

Yes in Wallet there is an option to enable pay for transport without unlock. I don't use this anymore as my phone is rooted and have encountered midjourney, Wallet stopped working. LL I paid full fare.

Repaired P8 under warranty for the purple line issue.
Sent in the evening, next day afternoon ready to collect.
CTDI claims the display was replaced.
So far no issues.
