CTDI claims the display was replaced.

How Did the purple line appear? Suddenly or after some updates. P8 is like 1 year old.

My Pixel 8 Pro camera always take super long to focus, can be almost 10 seconds.
Hardware issue but too lazy to go replace, confirmed by others online.

Warranty ending next week so went down today.

Initially told me it's software issue, they flash then ok liao. Within 1 hour.

I told them to monitor, cause it doesn't always show up immediately.

Then go down after 4 hours+, camera module replaced cause they noticed very slight focus issue.
Now can snipe I mean take photos fast fast without waiting for focus to kick in.

Didn't pay anything cause still within warranty. Female staff very friendly. But Aperia Mall layout quite weird, got lost there.

if gaming is a concern, i wouldn't recommend Pixel for now.
You might want to look at Poco series like F6 / F6 Pro, specs to price ratio are not bad.

Just randomly appeared after 9+ months. At first very intermittent. Slowly got worse and more constant.

Wah Google Pixel will replace screen for free for line issue (if still under warranty) but Samsuck themselves won't do that..... really sucky...
