If all these features are available on the iPhones, I bet he will praise them like no tomorrow. Even useless feature like Dynamic island the apple fans can also be so happy about it.

Yet he and every other reviewer can review the iphone every single year despite it not bringing anything new or innovative to the table, and they all still call it amazing. Im very sure apple fans who religously buy the new iphone annually also dont truly feel that with each iteration of iphone they also feel like they are getting a real upgrade.

I enjoy using the phone and that is all that matters.
Everyone has different opinion and priority on what they need in their phone.

For me, it's the clean software, google services which looks more well integrated with the OS and long term support. The reliable camera which give you confident to use. And with that pre-order discount, it is really a no brainer purchase for me.

Besides, his video are too jumpy and too much transition effect makes the video very hard to watch.

I just tried also, no issue with web browser version. Try another browser?

Need to be careful if using the phone naked, volume/lock buttons might have the same issue as Pixel 7, will randomly drop off.
In durability test video, use penknife can easily remove buttons.

I am a noob here. Since Pixel 2XL, I switched to iphone and now back with Pixel 8 Pro.
Anyway, flipped through pages and didnt notice anything on these so asking to the community for some advice.
1. I am using Starhub 5G SIM and plan. But I cannot connect to 5G. Speed test gives me 20Mbps (so I know even if it shows 5G on screen corner, it is not). Any advice on how to connect to 5G?
2. Whatsapp crashing non stop - probably known issue, I am assuming have to wait for update for this to be fixed? Any workaround for now?

it certainly adds abit of width. But i do like my phone feeling some weight instead of it being too light.

Wa the case looks quite bulky from this angle.

it adds weight but for me, it's not that bulky. I just like the texture of the back.

Wow, what is the mechanism to hold the button in place? The design shouldn't allow it to fall off like that unless the area on the button has chipped off.

iPhone is not a smartphone. Hence, the user expectations are lower and basic features are be seen as revolutionary.

Just my perspective as smartphone user, YMMV.

Backup to cloud on old phone, uninstall and reinstall Whatsapp? No issue with it.
Starhub not sure.
