dont really travel but JP ver cheaper than US ver. just the camera shutter sound unable to off which doesnt matter to me

as i dont take much pics, even if i do friends/family around me have the latest flagship (mostly iphone 15 pro max, 1 1 or 2 S24 ultra, etc)

The shutter sound should be gone once you use our SG SIM card? Had an export JP set (non-Pixel) phone and the sound settings were back to normal after I put in a local SIM.

nope, shutter sound still existed even on local sim for jp pixel set.

That’s unfortunate. The sound goes away for other phones.. it’s bearable if you don’t mind the sound then..
