Online reviews are positive, cheaper, no audio cutouts but no more swipe controls for volume. the ear hooks may have some concern cos not replaceable and our hot weather may cause the rubber to harden and break over time.

It's good to hear your surroundings for safety reason. being aware of your surroundings can drastically reduce incidents. not for pure music enthusiast

Back in the past no ANC also like that... sometime good seal of the headphone plus music is good enough to drown out those noise..

ANC only become main stream these couple of years.. back in the days only people with BOSE QC get to try it.. and i don't really like the pressure.. nowadays tech advancement making it less annoying..

still for me is good to have but not must have.. most of my headset are wired and they work just fine with no ANC and i rarely bother with any sound from public transport if there any that i notice..
