It is real world performane that matters. My old flagship can perform better than newer flagship.

In fact, for folding phones, the ergonomics of use and software (I don't mean app availability) is together THE most important factor. No point talking about hardware when you end up getting frustrated using it.

Only form factor hit the ergonomic factor and maybe software passable for being the vanilla android....And that is if it's not plagued by the intermitten cut of of mobile data that is well know throughout pixel community for asian user using US set, 1 day.... 3 to 4 time u need on off flight mode to reset is frustating.

the folds pre order delivery dates have been pushed back by almost 2 months in all the regions now

In any case, folding screen warranty is very very important. I can't stomach the risks of importing this pf.

spoke to him as well...seems legit...sent me proof of him fulfilling his other orders for apple products etc.
right now seems delivery date is sometime in august...he's getting clarification for his earlier orders that had june 27-jul 3 delivery dates. He's also including the pixel watch unlike others, with an option to have a $300 discount if u don't want it. But i think the free watch offer ends today so i'm thinking of taking the plunge. his price is reasonable enough, he says he's just earning a service fee, and has a contact in NYC who's selling him a bunch of phones to trade in. all statements backed up with proof also.

also spoke to mormantech on lazada when they still had the listing up. they seem really dodgy and sus.

they said they're selling "global version" sourced from suppliers, which is kinda bs since google isn't going through 3rd party distribution.

i think if you want ready stock you can wait for people to bring it in and sell for like $1000 over official price.

seems to be clearing. some people have actually had their delivery date moved up from August 14 to Jun 29. I guess it depends on the state/store they're ordering from.
google also extended their free pixel watch deal till july.

the pixel fold?

from the carousell guy. of all the people I've spoken to (3 on carousell and the monmartech on lazada) he's the only one who's been giving actual info that's not completely ********....and also the only one who's actually including the free pixel watch google is giving.

still considering though, thought I've ordered the pixel tablet from him

my first foldable phone, not sure if i'm ready to spend 2.5k on a phone either :O
