Charge it normally instead of doing deep cycles.

And before the next "battery calibration" myth comes... requote and old comment by a Google Engineer that debunked this.

Today's myth debunking:

"The battery indicator in the status/notification bar is a reflection of the batterystats.bin file in the data/system/ directory."

No, it does not.

This file is used to maintain, across reboots, low-level data about the kinds of operations the device and your apps are doing between battery changes. That is, it is solely used to compute the blame for battery usage shown in the "Battery Use" UI in settings.

That is, it has deeply significant things like "app X held a wake lock for 2 minutes" and "the screen was on at 60% brightness for 10 minutes."

It has no impact on the current battery level shown to you.

It has no impact on your battery life.

Deleting it is not going to do anything to make your more device more fantastic and wonderful... well, unless you have some deep hatred for seeing anything shown in the battery usage UI. And anyway, it is reset every time you unplug from power with a relatively full charge (thus why the battery usage UI data resets at that point), so this would be a much easier way to make it go away.

So.. Having battery saving mode activate at 5% not such a good idea then?

Nope, always keeping lithium battery below 20% is not healthy. The same case for having the battery at always 100%. Best range is 20%-80%.

Previously batteries needs to be drain always before charging to prolong the life... On my iphone i dont care much coz i have apple care lol...
This one since export i need to take extra care

"Previously" when police wore shorts.

Obviously you never thought of the possibility of the battery gets bloated due too much stress put into it, before you even ask for care. With non-removable batt phones, this may not be as apparent as phones with removable batt.

If u RTFM included with the Pixel, it is stated that:
1. You can charge as much or as little as you like, as and when you like
2. You do not need to teach the Pixel phone anything in regards to battery charging

So, do you prefer to listen to official Google source, or you prefer to listen to other's Tiagong is up to you lor
