Can't use the shipping label for International shipment, since the shipping label was only meant for domestic UPS ground shipment.

I know. I meant that you could just pay UPS for the intnernational shipping costs. Ok, but I realise it doesn't make sense since they would put a new label anyway. So you'll have to "copy out those codes" anyway and hope UPS will still make sense of the delivery.

Those who want to RMA your Pixel.
Google will only RMA your Pixel if it's within the warranty period and the damage is Covered by warranty.
Screen crack you will have to go to their official repair shops in us. They do not accept cracked screen to be sent to Google , even if you are willing to pay. You must send to their official repair shop. This is what I got from their live chat in Google store

Yup, because Google does not do repair. Google only does 1-1 exchange.

cool. i have over an hour of live chat with google support, they kept saying no way to send the phone back to them from overseas. They recommended sending to a friend in US, then the friend will forward to them with the label.

I think i will just send it to the return address like u did. But without the label on the box how do they know which RMA number the phone is tagged to? The packing label inside? Do you still have the address? Don't mind can i confirm with you if my address and yours are similar?

You should print out the label and RMA documents and include them in the box.

yeah i'm including them just that the shipping label, not too sure what to do with it, there is a return address to texas, i can't get any confirmation from support if that is the right address

Yup, they won't confirm anything. They would even say that they wouldn't be able to accept overseas parcels. Anyway, if you plan to ship it direct, it will be on your own risk. You can't do anything with the shipping label other than including it in the box if you're going to go with direct shipping.

i think there's another 2 user have this issue and had it repaired locally..
of course u will lose your warranty on that...
