Can swift left and right but only show up the settings icon, double tap or long press confirm cannot open the app.

Can swipe left, right, long press, press/tap to open, hence the last part of your issue "cannot tap to open" does not make sense. Also able to "expand" a particular notification.

It's just a normal tap to open the app, not long press/double tap.

Oh... That's a new info. Haha do provide some feedback on the battery life, with reference to your other phones once you can! The only thing holding me back from getting smaller phones is always the battery life.
