i need this info too. i used VPN and managed to add to my cart and get to the final page where i put my address and all but when i click 'Confirm Purchase', i couldn't progress further. it just stayed on that same page.

is it because they detected that my address is from a forwarding service? i used the one provided by HopShopGo.

and does it make sense to get the 2 year Device Protection for the phone? at the most just have to ship to US and back? better than no warranty at all right?

Hmmm let me think first...when u ordering?? Waa the price really makes me hesistant to buy one. I dont understand why google charge so much for it. I can get much cheaper devices like oneplus 3 and flash nougat rom. Except for the camera, the specs is pretty much the same

IMO, s7e is definitely a much better phone, unless you die die want spend 5-600 for stock Android and without warranty.

Nope, no issue with forwarder address.

Is your Google account a clean US based Google account?

As for warranty, probably not, since shipping back to US is not cheap. Even without the extended warranty, Google still provides 1 year warranty.

I don't see why would anyone want to purchase pixel xl at the price when they can purchase alternate android phone at a much cheaper rate.
Unless you do really require or like the features that is available to pixel (which is not much).

The thing about android is that it's opened. Google make it so anybody can build their own android phone by following certain hardware requirements.

well, it will sometime for s7e to get nougat so just based on the software front you get a benefit plus you will be guaranteed first to get sw updates in the future.
You lose the water resistant capability. Camera performance is hard to say at this stage

you will have bragging rights cause this phone will be super rare here. Will also be hard to get accessories here though, not to mention the lack of warranty

Thru VPN is okay. But you need clean US google account. Create one pls.

Getting a 1k phone without warranty and lousy resale value just doesn't justify the high price. Loyalist who love stock Android are now not buying because of the price. And normal consumers don't care about stock Android. Given a choice, anyone on the streets will take a Samsung or iPhone anytime at the same price with warranty some more.

For the last time, I have bought many Nexus from playstore and Amazon, all have warranty and have RMA many sets before. Just need to ship back for 1 to 1 exchange. In fact buying from Amazon is world class they refund you the shipping fee that you fork out to ship back to them and the replacement you don't need pay any fees at all.

Which Samsung phone give you one to one replacement directly? Except the explosive note, all go thru several iterations of repair before they are willing exchange a brand new set for you right.

Yes NA support SG LTE only band 3 or 7 (150Mbps) without carrier aggregation x2.. (300Mbps) or x3. Only buying RoW set then there is support for SG 4G+ of carrier aggregation band 3+7 or 3+8 or even triple CA.
