Interesting. The shipping label they gave me (for Nexus 5X RMA) did include an address. Google also provided me with contact information when my parcel got held up at U.S. customs so that they could sort it out directly.

No, there was no address, just few codes to identify the delivery location. The support did not give out any details and clearly stated that they wouldn't handle overseas parcel.

Already 2+ months I am using without screen protector.

So far 2 very fine scratches. Only visible under a certain angle and lighting conditions. But I like the natural display.

When did you do the RMA? I was just checking back my case, it didn't seem like I had to contact support to do anything special. The system generated shipping label already had a full address on it (Google Returns Center in Texas).

Contacted support for tech support, then once problem was not solved based on their advise, they redirected to return department which sent me the shipping label & RMA form with instruction + gotta pay the full amount of the device for deposit in case trying to fly kite after I received the replacement device. It was in April 2016.
