Go see doctor to draw blood to test Uric acid levels in blood

If too high, need Allopurinol daily to bring down Uric acid level
Confirm have . Don't need to test

This year Kanna twice liao but then for past 2.5 years never Kanna. No idea what triggered it again.

My first kidney stone attack was the WORST pain ever for me. I had tonsil removal surgery and even nasal widening surgery (cut away some flesh and widen the passage way) and it was not so painful.

After flushed out, just three tiny stones. I was shocked that 3 tiny stones could cause such acute pain (it's as if a knife was cutting across my skin). I wonder those with gigantic stones which I saw online......and they could lived with it for years! I can't imagine it!
Kidney stones. Jump before peeing. It will help flush away

Eat nuts can. But abstain from meat. Meat is the main culprit. If eat both will cause gout. I abstains from meat when my diet have nuts.

I have looked at online sources and it was mentioned that nuts are actually good for gout as they are relatively low in purine and some may help with inflammation. However, my friends (including myself) have tried eating nuts and sometimes we ended up having gout flares. I have doubts whether the nuts triggered our gout flares. Some suggest that nuts are beneficial for gout while some insist that nuts trigger gout flare.

Anyone with gout here can share your experiences? Thank you!
Peanuts is a big no! Know a guy who got gout. If accidentally ate things got peanuts in it. Next day sure walk with a limp.

LOL!!!! REALLY???? I had to drink tons of water and kept looking at my toilet bowl for stones! Can't wait to find a fast method (other than drinking tons of water) to flush it out.

Gout is Metabolic disease.
Your body produce most of the uric acid. Food only contributes that much.

Find out your root cause. The triggers are just later stages.

Everyone has their own trigger foods.

So the experience will not be a gd reference.

Ya true. The type of food that one consumes definitely affects how often gout flares are caused.

By right, no. But by left, I had gout flares when I drank soy bean milk for a few consecutive days. It also depends on the amount you drink. Tofu, tau geh, beancurds etc seems to be fine for me. Again, it may depends on the amount you consume.
