KYM?? Today test to cook Japanese Curry Beef Brisket in Pressure Cooker, beside too much water or (need more time for the starch in the potatoes to make it thicker.) It works pretty well, and the beef brisket is extremely tender and soft. Literally melt in your mouth. :LOL:

After it is done cooking and you able to open the pressure cooker naturally without prematurely letting out the air pressure. Use a long silicone turner to give it a good mix stirring it or else it is gonna look like a clear soup.

KYM?? Home cooked Hokkien Mee... dun have pork lard though, got wong bok, a can of canned stew pork, and some minced pork.

Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Beef Briskets or Pork Belly + Japanese Golden Curry cubes. :ROFLMAO:

KYM?? Nissin Shoyu Ramen w/Minced Pork, Baby Prawns, 4 x Small Ngoh Hiang, Mixed Vegetables.

Nice to eat on a cold day, the shoyu ramen actually came with a packet of dried fish cakes and scallions.

The Ritz and Oreo dip the size is not what I expected.. really tiny... and only 3 biscuit to dip... and Ritz is very salty, Oreo is very sweet.. but I think the Lucky Charms also... the more regular taste is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, still sweet but not cloying.
