It’s like a short walk from marine terrace which has a market and food Center, a couple of coffee shops rows of shops and a grocery mart. There are also preschools around. How’s it inconvenient?the seaview is the only thing me likes ,because buying things like not so convenient leh

I know. It’s not downstairs convenience but you cross a road and you’re at marine terrace. It’s also a bit of a distance from ecp which helps with the road noise.I mean from crescent side

Blk 50 is marine terrace food Center. That area should have enough for most day to day stuff. Barber, hardware shops, dollar stores, tire shop, clinics, 7/11, guardian, coffee shops, etc.not familiar ,walked to the bus stop from blk 29, didn't see any shop around, though the bus goes to PP takes 5 mins
