not convinced
tell him repeat the same test with bordier

if u guess didn’t know
he tried many many butter and his viewer ask him to try NTUC house brand

and also the numeric one is not slightly salted but salted , so the salty taste should be more pronounced as certain dishes uses salted one

"I like good unsalted butter. Don't know why the guy is complaining about the butter not being salty enough. Just add your own salt if you want saltier butter? Less salt is healthy."

Excellent point.
the point is u buy salted butter for dishes that need the salt

not add urself

that’s probably different when a chef looking at it vs us using the butter for toast only .

his opinion maybe more towards cooking bah

I think I buy before one time NTUC bread and light soy sauce.. it was so bad I swear off any food items with NTUC brand on it...

the house brand is meant to be cheaper & target low SES consumers. if one earns a decent wage, you wouldn't even considered shopping there in the 1st place.

I think lurpak or scs are okay too, golden churn not as nice and I don't remember trying the NTUC butter.

I like good unsalted butter. Don't know why the guy is complaining about the butter not being salty enough. Just add your own salt if you want saltier butter? Less salt is healthy.

The best butters taste good even when unsalted. I like thin slices on hot toast. Eat it like cheese. Shiok.
i like unsalted because it spreads better right out of the fridge.

Europe has low quality products as well, doesn't mean made in Demark = quality good.
