Cooking soup today!

This is called ABC soup I think.

Potatoes, carrots, onions and pork ribs.

Ready to go! Ribs have been blanched in hot water to get rid of the scum. If you don't do this, the soup will have a bloody taste.

Gonna boil them for about 1 hr or till the ribs are cooked.

Heheh yeaaaaa I do believe in quality. Using quite a range of german brands and boy they are durable. Also the maintenance plays a key part. Else buy how expensive also no use one.
