my family bros all 3 , 2nd timer got it after ~2-3 tries in mature estate and good Q 2digits

I tried for many years since 2016.... don't even have queue number. Only got one at Tengah plantation 2nd flr facing rubbish chute (gave up)

this BTO is the one near old tang dynasty beaide highway and taman jurong super bowl. which is basically ulu as f . . .

I finally booked a unit at Taman Jurong Skyline... no choice, 2nd timer can't get queue number anywhere else.

IMHO.
Just hope the super bowl there gets developed into something fantastic from 2032.

1) 15th floor.
Full frontal Privacy + No afternoon sun + more quiet
But Park View (no Lake) and no private corner space

2) 9th floor:
Lake view + private corner unit with quite large front space
Some afternoon sun at Kitchen + less frontal privacy another blk close by + more exposed to traffic noise

I'm not sure which to choose... my wife chose #2

That is quite lucky actually. I tried 2nd time bto for 3 yrs le couldnt get any number. Ended up buy resales cos price keep going up

That depends on what can be compromise, what cant. Surely each of u got some factors u really wanna avoid

Its all perspective. If the stack 12 floor max, u get 9th floor u feel u struck gold. if 40th floor u get 9th, seems a little low. BUT, both 9th floor leh. yours is 5r or 4r ?

got lake view ok lah. at least that side unblocked so 9 floor still can see water
