I think they are trying to be careful. I tried paying few dollar few dollar a couple of times continuously to similar merchant may also suddenly encounter payment failure.

From my experience, I always have to call grab to get them to refund these verification charges. And it will usually refund within 1 day after calling.

But recently after the launch of physical card, I updated my bills with the new number and got charged again for verification. Then I called grab as usual to request for refund last month. Till date, they have not get back to me on the refund.

How do u tell that ur acct has been suspended? U tried to make a ride/food order but cannot proceed? I also received an error msg that my acct was suspended after trying to apply for the grab card but I only have one account and only log in that account on my phone.

Got my grabpay card. But account still suspended n they sent mr msg saying after investigation they regret to inform will still suspend

U cant even login to grab. After entering your phone no and otp, it say suspended

If Trazora's 2x100 is referring 1 samsung pay & 1 physical card, then of course it is expected.

My qn is whether Trazora's 2x100 is per logical card

Last time when I use Citibank premier miles physical card and Apple Pay is consider as 2 different card, can top up 2 x 100.

Should be same as Samsung pay/Android pay

Have u try uninstall reinstall log out log in again? Try see if it helps
