Encountered similar issue with Dash. Money deducted, but transaction showed as failed. Nice McDonald’s manager gave me a free staff meal.

The money came back the next day

What i encountered from grab is that when it state as failed with Red wording
It means $ Not deducted. That's what grab cs told me cos i encounter quite a few such red failed

Same here, charged at $1.80 for sundae. Used machine to order. Credit card terminal shows fail, but grab says charged and receipt came out. Amount refunded while I was eating the Sundae (take-away, so away from restaurant).

Reward redemption for CapitaStar is back but I cannot concert them after keying in with my email address, Mobile or member ID. Anyone encountered this?

On a side note, the points are still 2,500 but a crossed 3000 points. Sad to know that they r banking on the popularity of this reward redemption and going to raise the grab reward points soon.

Why the F would anyone redeem it at 3k points, when they can just just the points to pay for stuff at $1 = 500 pts?
