Topup $100 for 400pts
Topup $200 for 600pts
Topup $300 for 1,000pts

The most value for money is the topup $100 option.
Is 2,500pts is worth $5, 400pts is worth.... $0.80.
So promo is effectively a 0.8% rebate for topping up. You can't stack with credit card cashback, as this is topup via bank only. In short, it's a rubbish promo.

It's a one-time top up for the points, right?

mine says "limited to 3 top ups per user. Redemptions arel imited"

I've done 3 x mastercard topups, got points for all 3 topups. Last i tried, SCB unlimited (mastercard) still gave rebate for Grabpay topup

I think there's two different campaigns. Mine says it's redeemable once only, and topup must be through paynow.

Credit where credit is due.

Previously, i've repeatedly blasted Grabpay for their unreliable refund system, where more than half of your refunds will be "lost". You won't get it back unless you contact Grab customer service, and ask for it.

However, recently the refund experience has been smooth and instantaneous. Shopee cancelled one of my purchases on 5th April. Grab gave me back my money on 7th apr. SimplyGo refunded me $0.95 on 9th April for a bus transfer. Today Grab gave me back my money.

All this, without me needing to go kpkb their CS. Great improvement.
