Jin cham. Now then I know. Damm it. 7k stuck in grabpay. How users can redeem rewards if 30k annual limit = 120k points. I need 7 years to change a iPhone 11?! By the time iphone 18 come already. Don't know where's the logic.

Wah now how? Able to transfer your 7k to another family member to use up?

Let's us make noise to GRAB, perhaps they will set something on their points redemption categories.

30k is grabpay card.

You can keep taking grab and ordering grabfood to use your credits.

The logic came from long time ago, where $1 spent gives you 10 points, so 2 years worth of $30k a year, is already 600k pts. As JuniorLion mentioned, $30k a year is your Grab card, not including your normal grab that also gave 10 pts per $1 spent previously.

Check with guardian so that you can provide as supporting to Grab that refund was initiated.

online purchase from Guardian was cancelled on monday. waited 3 days for refund, then requested chargeback in-app n they replied:

Thank you for using GrabPay Card.

MasterCard has advised that the estimated timeline to complete the investigation may take up to 50 days. We will respond with the outcome of the investigation upon confirmation from MasterCard.

yah i attached the email from Guardian tat order was cancelled on Monday.

haizz, i hope it's just a template reply from grab. Alr cancelled from merchant's end, i wonder y it'd take so long to reverse the charges.

I doubt guardian reverse the charges. Most merchants just don’t claim the fund and let the other end issue refund.

It’s an email stating your order was cancelled and will be refunded right? Did you check with anyone from Guardian (Dairy Farm)?

It happened to me a few weeks back. Call guardian, as their email reply is useless. CS checked my case and told me refund wasn’t processed, so she put up the case for me and gave me a reference number. She told me to wait for one week.

Refund showed up in Grab around 3-4 days later.

Same here with Guardian refund in Feb/Mar, they just could not handle the huge online volume, a lot of cancellations due to courier guys screwed them up also

What I did was I waited for 2 weeks and no refund was given. I wrote in to Guardian. And they replied me. Of course the officer cmi :s13:

They claimed nothing was charged. They told me that and I sent them the screenshot that the charged was deducted. Informed them I used a “prepaid” card. After that I forwarded the screenshots to grab to assist. Hope it helps.

Email stated order cancellation n "You will not be charged for the above amount" at bottom of email.

i called Guardian the next day after order was cancelled n cso told me the amt won't be charged to my grabcard.

agree, that is a very dangerous promo as you do not know if you will be eligible or not
UOB always do that kind of promo

actually if you are legitimately buying something and it is within the promo period why not enter? Not every offer is a sure win, but what have you go to lose?
