I think that now I just got Star$5000 lost from the last redemption but did not yet receive an email or other message from either Grabpay or Star$. For those affected, you may want to check your Star$ too.Capitaland replied my email as well, said they have forwarded my enquiry to the relevant department for further assistance and will get back to me within 3-5 working days.
I have only redeemed 1 of the 4 vouchers so far... Is there a deadline to redeem the vouchers by? I thought I saw a date when I purchased the package but I can't remember.... Don't really want to redeem when capitaland is still having backend problems.
Good job bros we managed to redeem before they removed Capita$. Capitaland has the redemption logs, just that their technical side has issue with adding the points in.
hi, anyone has now tried to redeem more start$ voucher and got star$ instantly?me too. the 40% off grab vouchers are value redemptions too
Grab has 40% off redemption points for grab vouchers

hi, anyone has now tried to redeem more start$ voucher and got star$ instantly?
usual rate is 2500 grab points for $5 voucher right?
So, 7500 points for $20 eCapita vouchers is 25% off
like that, the current flash sale 3000 points for $10 grab vouchers is of higher value? (40% off)
but of course grab vouchers cant stack lah
i assume ecapita vouchers can be stacked to off set the full value of a purchase
Hi. Would appreciate some info from those who know.
I have a $500+ dollar coming up and intend to use GrabPay Mastercard to pay.
I would like to know:
1. Is there a limit that I can "wave" at retail shops?
2. If the purchase is $500+, can I still "wave", or should it be done another way, eg. signature. But I am pretty sure I never have a signature "sample" with Grab.
Thanks!
Contactless limit depends on the pos machine of the merchant and limited by the credit amount in your grab wallet. Usually should be ok for $500.
I think mine is coming up to ~$540 ... so just insert the chip/card into machine?
My Grabpay wallet definitely will have at least $600 in the wallet. So I suppose they just deduct immediately, so no signature or additional authentication required?
You can try wave first if it is more convenient. If need signature then just sign, not sure why the need to think so much about it.
Will try out as mentioned. Thanks.
Just thinking through "what" might hinder the experience, that's all.
Maybe more on whether the machine accept Grab Pay MC
For some unknown reason some terminal unable to deduct successfully from Grab MC. Encountered before with one of Unity shop. Shop assistant told me their terminal somehow have problem with Grab Pay MC - customers cannot use there
