so u're topping up ur GrabPay Wallet, via Amex TrueCashBack to get 1.5% cashback, then use it to GIRO pay ur monthly insurance premiums? so in effect, u get 1.5% cashback for these insurance premiums?

or, is there a better way to get higher cashback, for insurance premium payments to Aviva, NTUC Income, AIA, etc?

My insurance agent says only selected insurance can pay by credit card, which insurance did you pay?

If there is a better way, i'd be using it haha. Anyway, it might be possible to use ipaymy/cardup/etc, but you'd need to match it with a card that gives really high cashback and has really high spend caps, to cover the fee and then beat the 1.5% to 3% cashback given by Amex TCB.

Tried your method but does not work with my life insurance. Issuer straight away send rejection email on my request

There's a really attractive grab reward package right now. 7,500 grab points, redeem 20,000 STAR$ (aka $20 worth of eCapitavouchers). However, after i redeemed it, the promo code cannot be used to exchange for STAR$ on the CapitaStar app. Anyone facing this problem?

*EDIT* Oh wait, silly me. Apparently they give you 4 other vouchers, each worth 5,000 STAR$, when you use the voucher.
*EDIT2*: SWEET JEZUZ there doesn't appear to a limit on how many times one person can redeem this thing. Gonna blow all my GrabReward points on this.

Is there an email i can submit this form or must send physical letter back ?

Do u mean u din see the star$ at ur Capitastar app after u key in ur mobile number at the grab redemption page?

Correct. I did the same last week and my star$ account number was already stored in the Grab account.

He means, previously the Star$ all appears in the Capitastar account immediately, but not for this time.

I redeemed a few times but never the star$ account number was stored in the grab account. Each time I need to key in my mobile number which is used to register my star$.
After I purchased it with 7,500 points, all the 4 x 5,000 star$ redemption appeared in my Rewards and and I do the conversion by keying in my mobile number one by one for the 4 conversions.

If that is the case, u can contact grab. They should be able to assist you. I called them a few months back when the app had some glitches and I couldn’t key in the field for my mobile number and they rectified it.
