Managed to pay ~$540 by GPMC. The retailer insert the chip/card into the reader, and I got the amount deducted on the spot as reflected in the App.

Also get additional 5000 pts for the "GrabPay Power UP Challenge"

Not bad .....

You using physical card for payment, not online, how come count to Grabpay Power Up?

Anyone tried to use grabpay for m1 payment?

Mine failed even though I had more than sufficient amount

Tried mid of last month at the start of the GrabPay campaign. Went thru successfully. What error message did you receive? Any error in the Grab apps transaction history page?

Last month I was able to make payment too

But just now...After I keyed in the correct OTP... It just says OPPs we cannot process your payment

Anyone received email from Grab to ask to submit selfie photo? The photo must be taken with the IC some more.. Sounds like those load shark's requirement...

Why did they request from you? Any particular reason given? I didn't receive any of such request.

our sincerest apologies on the inconvenience caused. The online bill payment platform via credit card is currently unavailable until further notice. Our online payment processing partner, Wirecard, was immediately asked by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to cease its operations on 30 September 2020. In the meantime, you may pay via AXS online at the My M1 App. We are currently working to have the online payment portal up and running as soon as we can. Thank you. - Rodan
