If you don't want to pay the 10% "vig" and are willing to do your own leg work. It looks like you can fund a BigPay Visa with GPMC and then withdraw from a local ATM up to $2500 for free. I imagine this will be plugged pretty quickly as it's an easy way to get a cash advance from a CC without any fees.
