Can redeem how many times?
Mine is 4000 points for $5 eCapitavoucher leh. Anyway with the 7500 grab points, I get $25 eCapitavoucher worth thru this way.

I can only find 2500 grab pts for 5000 star$ in the rewards shop.
This is targeted promo.
Same number of pts for conversion, mine includes at 25% points back. Works out to 1875 points for 5000 star points. I have this.
Wife's account have the 7500 grab pts for 20000 star points, also works out to 1875 points for 5000 star points. Just that you need blocks of 7500 pts here, compared to 1875 pts.
Nice! Due grab challenge spending of $1000 get 25k points, I redeem 3 * 7500 grab points. Got 60k capialstar points.

Can someone explain the current grap pay powerup challenge?
It says spend $500, get 5000 pts, spend $500 get 20000 pts.
So do I have to make 2 separate transactions of >$500 each?
I just made a transaction of >$1k and it gave me 5000pts, but also it tells me I completed the challenge.
The graphic also shows 500/500 & 500/500
Does this mean, I can still spend 500 more and get the 20000 pts or no?

I think rewards finished. $1000 spend can unlock the 25000points. I have done it.

Where to see it?
You have to use the voucher you redeem. The stars get transferred to your capitastar app and then you will get the 25% points back. I just did it 3 X 2500 grab pts. So $15 worth capita vouchers.
Go to ‘view my points history’, I got the points credit the moment I redeemed, no need to wait till it’s used and tfr to CapitaStar
