Thanks for the info. I didn't dare to press the 'Use Now' button in Grab app. Turn out that have to press 'Use Now' and then there will be a form asking for your Capitaland member details (eg HP number or membership no). After filling those up, the CapitaStar points will be added to your account. Those points will expire in Dec 2021.The 25% Grab points are also credited immediately to Grab account.

when I click Use Now (from my Grab Rewards), there is a code generated ... it also says I must be at the store to use it ... in this case, what store ??

From capitastar app top left human icon click in, there's a "Reward Code", have u tried keying the code there?

the code is "NOT-FOR-USE-XXXX" (x = numbers) ... and says "Show this code to the cashier when making your purchase"

The highlight says "redeem this package... and receive 4 x 5000 stars in your rewards wallet within 24 hrs. Once these rewards are disbursed, u may ignore this package".

It sounds like u will auto receive within 24hrs.

Just ignore this NOT-FOR-USE-XXXX. There should be also 4 parcels of the 5000 star$ in your grab rewards for you to redeem.

After I redeemed, I got 4x messages in Grab app, each having 5000 Cap star pts.

When I click on the "use", I was prompted to enter the mobile phone number for the Cap star membership. It is in "+65xxxxxxxx" format. I successful send to both my own and spouse's mobile, thus both of our Cap star app received the points

Just ignore this NOT-FOR-USE-XXXX. There should be also 4 parcels of the 5000 star$ in your grab rewards for you to redeem.

Can someone explain the current grap pay powerup challenge?
It says spend $500, get 5000 pts, spend $500 get 20000 pts.
So do I have to make 2 separate transactions of >$500 each?

I just made a transaction of >$1k and it gave me 5000pts, but also it tells me I completed the challenge.
The graphic also shows 500/500 & 500/500


Does this mean, I can still spend 500 more and get the 20000 pts or no?

The second tier to get 20000 points for another $500 spent after ur first $500 has been fully redeemed. If I remember correctly, the first when I see the remaining slots, the 20000 points has lesser than 1,000 slots

I had setup recurring payment with amex true cashback card via the M1 app. But their wirecard issue, so they email me to go to their website to setup the recurring payment or one time pay.

Edit : I went to M1 website. But the payment page URL still shows api.wirecard. Dare not proceed to pay because if have complication eg M1 did not receive money, don't think Grab support will be helpful to help claim the money back.

I can't pay at m1 app, even Visa card by bank, but I use website & use grabpay mc, it works! That's my first time using grabpay mc on m1 website. U can try.

Can anybody tell me, what happens when the annual transaction limit of 30k is hit with grab? Do they not allow you to top up or not allow you to spend?
