Anyone knows if Xmas booster earned points will also be counted as part of the tier upgrade requirements?

I received my booster points already.. i already clocked enough.. but i guess not counted..

I also kanna this.. i redeem 9 times but only received 3 times 5000 capital star.. i check the timing i received 5000 capital star is every min.. think there is a bug somewhere can only use every min.. zzzz... Did u manage to get back ur capital star?? Like that i wasted 30000 capital star..

I redeemed 2500 Grab points for 5000 Capstar points, but when I converted and send to my mobile number, my Capstar app did not receive the 5000 points

Had called and emailed to both Grab and Capstar sides, 4 working days liow still no resolution in sight

Boosters points and those specially awarded for partaking activities wont be counted for tier upgrade

Lately their system quite buggy.. I have never experience such until last week. Give me a scare

I just redeemed using capitastar member number, got it immediately. What did u use? Email or hp?

Using hp.. i already tried before working.. but this time i redeem very quickly.. 9 times within the 3 mins.. so maybe that's why.. only received 3 times
