Don't think need to change the physical one.. i see most of the shops and restaurants does accept the eCapitalVoucher.. just not sure whether need full payment or can pay balance with cc etc..

can make full or partial payment using evoucher. Need to pay min $5 at most merchants. Ding Tai Feng need min $30. Some merchants only allow multiples of $5, some merchants allow exact number down to the cent. Need to try to see.

Yes, some merchants (tried some at Bukit Panjang Plaza and Lot 1), can do exact amount, down to 1 cent. Then tried at Genki Sushi at Bugis+, only can do multiple of $5. Haven't really encountered a shop that did not accept physical vouchers anyway.

2 nights ago i tried redeem physical voucher combined with ecapitastar$ but the store which accepts exact ecapitastar$ says it can't be done. She says can either physical voucher combined with cash or ecapitavoucher combined with cash don't know issit she doesn't know how to go about it or truly can't be done especially the ecapitastar redemption machine their shop have can redeem exact amount.

Not many stores have such machine but theirs have..

Click into individual location. Select the store can see which mode they accepts..

In fact there are still some shops that doesn't accepts ecapitavoucher yet (eg. Cold storage at Plaza Sing) Not sure why they decided to do away with physical vouchers which is widely accepted..

can always use the evoucher at other shop, so no issue. Anyway the QR code should be prominently displayed if can use evoucher.

It significantly expands the use of the original voucher outside CapitaMalls .

Fraser gift card can be exchanged to NTUC vouchers, but will be stamped to be used in Fraser malls only.

The process should be similar if allowed to exchange to NTUC vouchers.

Cannot, i tried it before (in tampines mall), because my capitastar expiry coming up, thinking can extend it another year when changing into NTUC voucher. Cannot use voucher to buy voucher. You can however, use it directly when buying groceries from NTUC.
