Anyone received this promo? Did u guys get the required points after topping up? Dunno why it is still showing in my app even though the promo has ended.

Huh. Remember the 25Dec 2020 grab reward points? After seeing what some of you have posted here, i wrote it off, and assumed i'll never get it. No big deal. It's small money. Worth like $4. So I didn't bother writing in to Grab.

They just credited me the points.

Apparently Grab awarded the points to those who didn't get and didnt email them, those who emailed them their template reply was quota filled even if you spent at 12am+

Not true. Those who emailed them and was told quota filled, was rightfully given the 2020 pts as well.

It was a mistake on Grab's part, and they made good on it in this case. Though I wondered if Grab would have done the same if no one complained about it. Guess we'll never know.

Hopefully for CNY? But why will they have promo? It was sold out without the promo. I think the promo was during the lockdown period, to attract people to the malls. But now, malls are already overcrowded, lol. So I dont expect any promo. Maybe will get sold out again.

There was promo around December 2020.

Promo was from Grab. Don't think Capitaland cares. Maybe Grab bought them earlier and want to clear them before expiry.

Who knows....

Grab did a few CapitaStar promos in 2020.

Yes, my monthly FWD Term Insurance is automatically charged to my GP MC, for several months already.
But, it'll get no reward points from Grab.
However, I get 1.5% cashback, by topping up GrabPay Wallet with TrueCashBack Amex Card .

Before it was 25,000 points for $1000 spend, now it's 30,000 points for $1,500 spend (or only 15,000 points for $1,000 spend) and there are only 500 places.

The $1000 spend use to work out at 5% cashback (500 points = $1) or better.

Now it is 3% for $1000 or 4% for $1500. It's going downhill.

Amex send me email say will give 1 additional mile per dollar for grabpay topup, for the krisflyer card.

Topupped $20 and got 20 KF miles. Confused. Does it mean no 1.2x base mile but only 1x "additional mile"?
