make online payment using GPMC to ICA for my wife LTVP i got grab point from this transaction but power up challenge did not move. any one know why?

I tot if i am eligible for the normal grab point i should be eligible for power up challenge?

so can clarify that means you did receive grab points for it?

I'm also trying to check if can use AXS mastercard masterpass payment to do payment since grab card is mastercard

Wah $500 is a lot.. did u manage to get it back?

Yes I did. their hotline cmi. So I posted on grab Facebook page and their management responded and i received my funds 3 days later. Their staff admit that the PaynowQR got some problem because previously I transfer many times no problem just sway that day my $500 wasn’t successful.

Not sure has the system changed, the refund of $10 wasn’t automatic after u hit the spend. It was sitting somewhere in the app, waiting for a click (or waiting to be forgotten...)
$10

But if u spend $1k within a stipulated time frame it'll be refunded back to u. Otherwise the amt will be paid to grab

Is Tier 3 (30k) of the Power Up Challenge still available?

The Challenge page incorrectly reflected that I have completed Tier 3. Am trying to get Customer Service to update the system for my account.
