I guess you can just left it expire. Suspect that they may also see how often you have been using the GrabWallet. My family member participated in the last one with 10 transactions and $200 top-up and this round, she got the same one again. She doesn't use GrabPay Wallet at all after the promotion.

lol. Dun see anything in the exclusion list that suggests bus/MRT does not award points. Ppl have been getting points for Simplygo (bus/MRT).

Another occasion where Grab CSO is giving wrong advise. Nothing there states simplygo or bus/mrt cannot earn points in fact. CSO smoked

Yes, I have the same experience many months back, so I just it once/twice then change to other card

Since the latest exclusion list update, can get grab points for Simplygo.

Same here for me. That's why I think we have gotten the highest spending tier. My family member is Platinum too, but she doesn't really use GrabPay at all and hence she has gotten the lower tier of just spending $250 only.

I think if u miss the tier, it will slowly go down. Last month mine was need to top up $2100 and spend $2000 and I din hit the numbers. This month was reduced to $1,500 and $1,600 respectively. I achieved current month target. Let’s see what is for me next month

as in the price for the grab ride is cheaper on your wife's app when you both tried to book same trip at same time?

Not true. Same as your $2000 tier last month and I've spent, got the $1600 tier this month.

Hi, on multiple occassions, i did not get any Grab points when i use GPMC for Simplygo. Now i switch to SCB Spree card. Am i missing something? Thanks!
