I use GPMC to pay utilities bill online using the SP App as well.
If I recall correctly, it counts.
Used to be Giro to POSB Everydaycard but they 1% and cap at $1.00
Using Amex + GPMC, get 1.5% rebate with no cap and Grab points

My Town Council bill is also charged to GPMC.
Used to be direct bank Giro. Gets nothing

In fact I have done it for all my bills etc except for my season parking. Cos Im using giro for 2% whereas the UOB amex hack only up till 1.7% but I do get grab points for it. Still thinking if its worth the switch hehe.

Anyone has experienced before debit card top up failed after otp was correctly keyed in, then in the bank account the money actually shows floating/pending status (mine was 3 days till earlier this afternoon officially deducted) before the money actually got deducted? My Grabpay was not topped up at all with the deducted amount from my bank.

I was told by bank that by 14 days the merchant (in this case, Grab) does not settle and claim the transaction, it will be automatically refunded. I just received their latest response now and the payment status was still empty aka 'unsettled'.

What did you do when you last experienced it? Did the amount gets refunded to the bank savings after 14 days automatically?

Thanks. Preferred not have recurring, online can only do via AXS which dun qualified for most points or rebates
