I tested with $10 top up, fail too.... and my $10 was not refunded. Think have to call Grab to get refund ....

Update : refund came in 1.5hrs after the failed transaction....
No idea.... I have not top-up my EZ-link using Grab card for a few weeks already, so not much impact on me.....
Me too. No more topping up? I will try later today.
Update, I tried and it cannot go through. Not sure technical error or really blocked because the transaction time out instead of cancelled. I tried to use MCO card which block transit top up and immediately got cancelled, doesn’t seem blocked like MCO card. If got people tried later then please update.

oh I have the same issues few days ago when topup from amex tcb, but only happened a day
of course, insurance/iPaymy clearly excluded as per the TnCUsed Grab MasterCard pay for Prudential via iPay not counted towards the Power Up challenge !

Think u need to read tnc b4 going on the challenge. Ipaymy is excluded in tncUsed Grab MasterCard pay for Prudential via iPay not counted towards the Power Up challenge !

Finally completed the GP powerup challenge.
Gosh… this round is even tougher. Need to top up 1100 and then clock 20 x $50…
lucky last month i got 1 big purchase… the rest I just make micro payments towards my telco bill
the Dec power up challenge was far easier, just need to clock 2 x $500 spending.

they will keep increase it if you make it, I do not plan for this challenge, but suddenly got a big purchase, so manage to complete it without plan for it
