there always is as long as you're overseas but my thought process back then was that i would have covered it with the cashback i'm going to receive from my bank. besides it was money that was supposed to be spent anyway regardless so i just might as well use to to accumulate my min spending for that month on that card otherwise.

back then CIMB waives all overseas fees so all my travels those years mainly i used CIMB together with their respecitive cashback benefits, which they have stopped waiving since 2019. nowadays there's so many multicurrency cards also, you could just use them directly or tag your credit card to amaze to use on Grab.

Was thinking if I topup Grab wallet in SG (read that cannot top up overseas) and charge to the wallet instead of to linked credit card, will avoid the cross border fees of credit card ?

what i read from googling also grabpay wallet $$ in singapore is not usable in jb right, then if want go jb must top up again?

Don't bother. Every country every own wallet. You're either going to incur DCC by topping there (which is not transferrable to SG wallet if unfinished) or just use a credit card directly. The main reason why they have GPMC which is basically a multicurrency card itself, but I still won't bother with that as there's much better options out there and their rates ain't fantastic. Its not like I'm spending hundreds or thousands on grab ride in my few days when I was in msia,BKK,jakarta

Then that's messy. Charge to credit card better.

Where to find the same price in store banner. I can’t seem to find it anymore. Even the option is missing from my filters?

can't recall but bcos i alr know wch stores ard my hse are what price.

it's inside the filters, amongst the many parked under 'Cuisines'. usually u got to click into the store and there's a small pic/text next to the store name to show same price as store.

i claimed a $5 Mcdonalds Dine In voucher and kept it in my Rewards section and when i went to purchase a $2 item , I tried to make payment via my Grab Wallet (thinking it will deduct $2 from my Grab Wallet balance), the App self claimed my $5 Mcdonald voucher to pay for my $2 purchase and $0 was deducted from my Grab balance !

i did not select payment to be made using my $5 voucher at all :mad:
anyone encountered this problem ?

How come I always get this system error- call merchant response message when I try to renew my season parking with the gpmc? Did anyone encounter this before? Thanks!
