Wasnt aware that Grab charges a 1% processing fee for agoda transactions.. anyone successful in getting a refund for the 1% fee before? Write to Grab or Agoda?

There is a diff between ignorance and not disclosed.

if it’s the former, why shouldn’t they refund leh?

if it’s the latter, then they ought to do the right thing.

if you keen to try, why not just write to both?

or you are saying you wouldn’t bother trying if none or no one hear says that they are successful?

Sounds like dcc which is charged by Mastercard. Grab would probably not care

the 1% dcc is charged by mastercard. not grab not agoda. so write to either is not really gonna help.

I’m using grabpay card for insurance auto deduction. Have ensure I have top up credit into grabpay wallet for insurance deduction however I always received an error message stated expired card or wrong expiry date.. any idea why? likely to be typo in your application for auto deduction. try resubmit new application

If you are talking about grab points I believe is no.

but you can still earn rebates/points topping up grab with certain cards

Just noticed the cap for monthly spend is $10,000 and annual spend is $30,000…. Anyone know if possible to increase the limit? Or anyone successfully done it?

Just a heads up to apply multiple GPMC within your family, I am using my parent card now due to spending limit on my own one zzz… last time no such issue

Mas regulations limit. Unable to bypass.

Once Grab/SEA launch their own digital bank hopefully the cards they offer can be better due to lower cost.
