I have the option under my Grab, though not sure if it's the same for all. Are you sure it's been removed? Have you tried linking PayNow VPA?

Hmm.. I think you need to click on bank account.. then link bank account.. then add recipient & then add Paynow number... then "Transfer to your Paynow account" will appear below the transferable balance once you have set up..

You gave me a scare. I just tried and could transfer out to my bank account.

From this screen, click bank account. Then enter the amount and click choose or add recipient. Here it list the bank account I previously saved. Also has a add new recipient function.

Then it will prompt for PIN and then submit to transfer.

Is this considered transfer to ur own paynow and not counted to annual spend limit? Doubt so.

My method is not by paynow but transfer to my bank account.

Ok for me even if counted towards annual limit.

Shouldn’t even accumulate so much if and shouldn’t go give them more business if you think they clowns Ma.

might make u the clown if they suddenly go change policy.

was it you who said they have cashflow issues without any basis?

Can non-transferable balance (topups via cc) be used to pay for PayNow QR merchants? Or can it only be used on GrabPay QR?

So long grab pay can scan qr can. Don’t differentiate.

since they wouldn’t know what balance you use at the time of scanning the qr
