I topup grab to pay booking.com and there is DCC. Now the transaction is unsuccessful because booking.com site has an error. Booking.com claims they will auto refund.

Do you all have experience?

1. When it gets refunded, does the DCC charges also auto refunded to Grab?
2. Now I get few thousands stuck after the refund. Can I ask Grab to reverse the topup?

No basis for grab to reverse leh. Like why would they, not their fault.

u can try to ask but it’s up to goodwill.

and we wouldn’t know what grab will do. So u have to try to know

Made silly mistake today. Paid at McDonald's using Grabpay. Should have used GPMC to get accelerator points.

left 1.8k. they keep give me the 2.1k challenge. wait for them to downgrade me..
I feel it should not be the MAS limit that prevent you from transferring to your PayNow account. I top up an amount above the remaining amount (due to MAS limit) and managed to transfer out via PayNow a few days ago.

Did you top up using debit card/PayNow or credit card?
