U** Absolute very stingy on card sign up promo...
not gg to trust the 1st XXX signups campaign reward AT ALL

the last time they chut a campaign like this and when i hit the requirment within 2 days, they refused to credit me the reward , citing i was too late and they have fullfilled their quota for member spending... smells like BS to me

Also they did not credit bank interest for another campaign for deposits, several ppl who had noted on their calendars like me had to chase the bank to credit the interest when it did not appear even a few days after maturity date , this says a lot about the bank

very bad impression with them since then (n)(n)(n) :cautious::mad:
Their T&Cs also quite vague. Not clear cut.

Credit card topups can be reversed by contacting Grab. They'll refund it back to the original card.

Oh that's good to know! I usually only keep a reasonable amount in my GrabPay wallet. Only do the big top ups at the point purchase at the cashier or check out page.

I have another question. I've been using GrabPay with Credit Card top ups, so I am unable to know the answer and I tried searching the FAQ on Grab website.

Is there an order of funds deduction from GrabPay wallet between Bank Account Paynow VPA top ups and Credit Card top ups when spending on GrabPay?

For example, I have $200 in my GrabPay wallet. $100 comes from Credit Card (Non Transferable) and $100 from PayNow VPA Bank Transfer (Transferable). I spend $50. The remaining $150, how much is transferable back to my bank account? From which source does Grab deduct the funds first?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi guys, i have a question on top up grab wallet. Today I just tried to top up Grab wallet using EzLink mastercard but there is an error message saying "top up unsuccessful". Is this issue on ezlink side or grab is blocking ezlink card? This top up method was OK in 16 Aug 2022.
