Recently I have redeemed the capitastar$ with the grab rewards and one of the rewards was not able to be used and it stated some error. Try to reached out to grab by reporting an issue via the app and they hadn’t come back for 3 working days.
has anyone tried to report an issue with grab on grab rewards before? Do they even get back to you?

The last issue I had with them, it took almost a month before it was resolved. Manage your expectations accordingly.

I ended up texting them via FB and they finally got it fixed albeit taking more than 3 working days as they promised

Fund transferred from cc will not be able to transfer out. The only way I can think so is u can use the paynow QR code to UEN registered shops with grabpay.

I kena too. I was topping up $1,900 from UOB Absolute credit card to grab e-wallet then about $800 then I cannot top up anymore. Next day also can top up $800 only. Then finally at $1,900 on third day but I cannot pay using Amex credit card bill Paynow QR code, but the next day can finally make payment. Meanwhile, wrote to the chat function but kena pending for review for few days with no reply till now, pui.

So in other words it fixed itself after a few days? Funny because last week I was able to make 2 transactions to same merchant totaling yo $7000. No issues topping up using UOB card and making the PayNow QR payment
