waiting for their response, but according to their limits, i'm in full compliance

So in other words it fixed itself after a few days? Funny because last week I was able to make 2 transactions to same merchant totaling yo $7000. No issues topping up using UOB card and making the PayNow QR payment
They system flags suspicious transactions easily.

So I just tried a transaction to a different merchant, went through. So they definitely flagged only one merchant

They emailed me saying I reached the "weekly threshold" which they themselves dont know the threshold amount as its build into the system. Also said i would need to wait for 7 days before being able to perform any transactions again, which clearly isn't the case as i was able to pay a different merchant earlier.

Conclusion is they can impose any restrictions as they like and wont provide you with any resolution. Very unreliable as you wouldn't know when the "weekly threshold" would be met. I have been very cautious by topping up only what i plan to pay into the wallet, but this this happens

just ask them to refund your top up since you cannot use it due to their mystery threshold

is there also a limit to how much you can top up if you just recently added the card to Grab?

Googled and found this:

Single trxn. limitS$5,000
Daily trxn. limitS$5,000
Monthly trxn. limit
(based on calendar month)
S$10,000
Annual trxn. limit
(based on calendar year)
S$30,000
Daily trxn. count20

You can make up to two transfers to bank accounts or e-wallets per day. The maximum transfer amount per transaction is S$5,000, which is the same as your GrabPay Wallet spending limit.
