Sorry, I'm very noob in this, but if I'm not invited to sign up for grab pay mastercard means I can only sign up when it is officially roll out?

Grab is too moneyminded. Everything they had done is for the benefits of their own pockets. Probably when the Mastercard comes, they will start reducing other perks.
