For those that are curious, I tried to book Grab overseas using the MasterCard and it says "the selected payment method can't be used for this service yet"

I am new to Grab and just installed the app to use. I tried using both Visa and MasterCard to topup but it always shows "Unsuccessful - The payment did not go through. Try again later".

Shall I wait for something or sometimes, then can topup and use the GrabPay?

BTW, trying to contact Grab customer service, but can't find the number to call?

Not too sure why you could not TOP up.
Give them a call at 66550005. They should be able to assist you.

Try add card to your GrabPay then use that to top up instead of 1 time top up
