to be exact my transaction was on taobao.. and end up grab's rates was even worse than taobao's conversion..

YouTrip - S$7.04
Taobao - S$7.07
Grab - S$7.14

no additional 1% for taobao's S$7.07 because if you choose SGD, the payment would be processed by taobao Singapore.

Just use Grabpay mastercard to pay taobao in SGD.

Still not able to pay through m-axs by grabpay. It processes very long and hangs after OTP. Anyone knows what would have caused this? I was able to pay a month ago.

what 1% are you referring to? I tried using mobile app to pay in SGD and it still charges me the usual 3% credit card fee. On desktop browser, currency is stuck in RMB, don't know how to change to SGD.

1% DCC/cross-border fees for SGD payment processed overseas..

using taobao app you can choose to pay in RMB, SGD, USD

I received an offer to upgrade the grabpay account that comes with a grabpay mastercard. However, after the upgrade, I did not see the grabpay mastercard. Does the mastercard appears immediately after the upgrade or still needs to wait for a few days?

I get almost immediately, can you try to click on "payment" tab, then click the top left corner of the payment, see whether the virtual card is shown there or not, it is a virtual card now, the physical still not ready yet.

There is a GrabPay Card wording in the payment tab but I did not see the mastercard. Do you need to setup pin? I have done with the pin setup but the message is still there. Is this normal?

I think it is officially launched today. All my friends got it. Just head back to Payments tab after you signup and click on the top right gear icon to see your card details. Happy Grabbing!

I had read the help for Grab pay master card , it mentioned currently cannot, they are still working on it.
